Clay County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is proud to have been providing affordable housing to Clay County residents for over 45 years. We are able to assist low-income families obtain quality, safe, and affordable housing through a variety of programs. Our staff is committed to helping you meet your housing needs.
The County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is appointed by the Clay County Board of Commissioners. Programs include apartment units, rental assistance, housing stabilization services, and rehab programs.
The Clay County HRA is governed by a 5- to 7-member Board of Commissioners. Commissioners must reside in Clay County, MN.
