The Treasurer's Office is responsible for the cash management of County funds which includes monitoring cash flow. They collect all property taxes, collect and disburse other proper funds, perform escrow maintenance and conduct bank reconciliations as well as other duties as assigned.

Delinquent taxes can only be paid in person or by mail to the Clay County Auditor's Office.
Other Conventional Options
U.S. Mail & Special Delivery: Your payment must be postmarked on or before the due date to be considered paid on time. Payments must be in U.S. dollars by money order, cashier's check or by personal bank check. They should be made payable to Clay County Treasurer.
