Only one person allowed in the drop off area at a time.
Product Exchange will be closed until further notice.
About the Program
The Clay County Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Program operates with a permit from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. It is permitted to accept waste from Clay County households only, not from businesses, nonprofits, or institutions.
Regulations
- Products should be in their original containers and kept separate (do not mix)
- All products should be identified
- Products should not be kept in hot cars in the sun
- Products should not be frozen
