The Clay County Attorney’s Office partners with Diversion Solutions to offer an educational course specific to traffic offenses. If this programming option is assigned to a youth, we provide a referral to Diversion Solutions and their staff will reach out to enroll the youth in the course. The cost of each course is $75.00 and scholarships are available through funding provided by the Clay County Collaborative.
Traffic Education Program (TEP)
This program is offered as a collaborative effort to support you by Law Enforcement and Prosecutors. Their goal through traffic education is to provide participants with a good understanding of the most common moving violations issued.
