Once you sign up, look for an e-mail notification from “Vaccination Clinics” to register for a COVID-19 vaccine clinic when vaccine is available. For questions, please call 218-299-7204.

Please be aware of scams regarding vaccinations. Clay County Public Health will never ask for payment for a COVID-19 vaccine.  

Clay County residents who received a COVID-19 vaccine from an out of state pharmacy or the Fargo VA are asked to all our vaccine hotline to let us know about your vaccine status.
