Apply for Financial Assistance Programs and Services

The Financial Assistance Division of the Clay County Social Services Department provides financial assistance through a variety of programs. Persons must fill out a formal application to have eligibility determined.

Applications can be completed online at MNBenefits for SNAP (Food Support), Child Care Assistance, Cash Assistance, Emergency Assistance and Housing Support.

Application for health insurance can be completed through MNsure
