The Civil Process Unit is responsible for serving court orders including but not limited to: orders for protection, harassment orders, subpoenas, orders to show cause, summon and complaints, and more.
The Correctional Facility has a number of programs for those that are not safety or security threats, these programs include work detail, work release, sentence to service, reintegration advance planning, and more.
The Court Security are responsible for the court proceedings, they a will search people entering the courthouse, and inform you about the items that are prohibited.
There are 3 secure detention programs the 30-60-90-120 day Correctional Residential Program, Sexual Therapy Program, and Secure Hold Program.

Regional Juvenile Center Services
The West Central Regional Juvenile Center (WCRJC) functions as a coed secure facility, as well as a coed nonsecure care program.
Clay County District Court houses three specialty court programs: Domestic Violence Court, Drug Court and Veterans Treatment Court.
