Responsibilities

The Minnesota Comprehensive Mental Health Act establishes basic standards for mental health services in Minnesota. Services are primarily directed by counties and county Adult Mental Health Initiatives. Minnesota Statute 245.461-245.4863

Services

Adult Mental Health Services are provided by our agency or by other community providers. These services may include the following:

  • Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital
  • Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS)
  • Jail Mental Health
  • Mobile Mental Health Crisis Response
  • Outpatient Mental Health
  • Prepetition Screening / Civil Commitment
  • Social Club
  • Supported Employment
