Starting Salary 

RN/BSN: $30.88   per hour

 RN -2 Year Degree: $ 27.96 per hour

BSW in Social Work - $29.36 per hour

Qualifications For a Nurse Degree

  • Registered Nurse: bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • 1-3 years prior home and community-based work experience is preferred
  • Eligible for MN registered nurse license
  • At least one year of home and community-based service experience for a bachelor prepared registered nurse and at least two years for an associate degree registered nurse.
  • Driver's license
  • Successfully complete a background investigation
